MH CET LAW  (MAH-LLB) STATE LEVEL

The regulatory body  of Maharashtra called as State Common Entrance Cell(CET CELL)  organizes MH CET Law entrance is a state level examination that make him eligible to  admission in various law courses in Maharashtra cell. MAH-CET entrance test will help candidates to get admissions in LL.B 3 yr (Three Year) and LL.B-5 yr (Integrated-Five Year) programmes.

CLAT- NATIONAL LEVEL

What is Clat ? this is normal query asked by most of the students. The full form is Common Law Admission Test. CLAT is a national level law entrance examination that is conducted by eighteen National Law Universities (NLUs) on rotation basis. This exam is organized for admission in UG, PG and Integrated law courses of various National Law Universities in India. Eligibility for MAH CET-LLB/CLAT

The eligibility criteria for various law courses are mentioned below:

  1. Aspirants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board with prescribed percentage score. (Integrated law courses)
  2. Law aspirants should hold a graduation degree win certain minimum percentage decided by the regulators to apply for admission in LLB programme.
  3. Age limit is waived of to apply for law courses.
  4. Law aspirants to Master level must have qualified the 3 year and 4 year law courses for admission.
  5. In the qualifying exam, Law aspirants must have secured minimum 45% marks for general Law aspirants and 40% marks for reserved categories.
